Pulp play deep cut track live for first time during Chile return show on More tour

Pulp has performed a deep cut track for the first time live during their performance in Chile.

The Jarvis Cocker-fronted band headed to South America earlier this month for another leg of the More tour. Pulp‘s first album in 24 years, More, was released in June 2025 to rave reviews. The band has since been on tour performing songs from the new album, as well as hits from their discography and a few hidden gems. Pulp went on to perform 25 songs at their Movistar Arena show in Chile last night (June 8), filling their setlist with some of their very best songs and a track which was recorded around the More sessions but left off the album. Open Strings, which was released as a limited-run B-side to Spike Island, closed out the show last night.

A full setlist for the band’s performance at the Movistar Arena in Chile can be found below.

The show put on by the band during their first South American show this year (June 2) at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, Mexico, is reportedly the band’s longest-ever show. Pulp, who returned to South America for the first time since 2023, performed a staggering 25 songs, including a handful of deep cuts from their early years.

The show now stands as the longest-ever show by the band, who performed for two hours and 40 minutes last night. The Pulp setlist featured selections from their latest album, as well as classic tracks like Common People and Do You Remember the First Time?. It marks the first Pulp show in South America since 2023, where they debuted an at-the-time unreleased song, Background Noise. The song would later feature on the band’s 2025 album, More.
