Radiohead confirms European tour for 2025 with dates in London, Berlin, and Madrid

Radiohead has confirmed a series of tour dates across Europe to take place later this year.

The band dropped a series of hints they would be returning to the stage, from forming a new LLP to flyers dotted around Europe announcing the dates. The Thom Yorke-fronted band, which last performed in 2018, has since confirmed a total of twenty shows across Europe. The first will take place on November 4 at the Movistar Arena in Madrid, Spain and a final show has been confirmed for December 12 at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany. Four dates at The O2 in London, England, were also confirmed. These, along wiht four dates in Bologna, Italy, and four more dates in Copenhagen, Denmark, are the only announced shows so far. An update to Radiohead’s website reads: “Radiohead will be playing some shows across Europe in November and December 2025.”

Tickets will be on sale and available only after registering your details with the website. Registration will open on Friday, September 5. Registration is mandatory as a way to “make it as fair as we can” to those who want tickets to the shows. Stipulations for those buying tickets to the shows can be found below.

“You will need to register your details here before the tickets go on sale, to reduce competition from bots and ticket touts. You will be able to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets for one of the dates only, to allow as many people as possible to attend.

“We will apportion the greater share of tickets to those living nearer the show as shown here, and there will be allocations for those who wish to travel inside Europe and for those outside Europe. Our aim is to distribute tickets according to demand in a fair and geographically convenient way.”

Radiohead has confirmed an “unlock code” will be sent to those who have registered, though it does not guarantee a ticket. The band added: “If you do not receive an unlock code by 22:00 BST/23:00 CEST on Wednesday 10th September, you will not be able to participate in the initial ticket sale on Friday, 12th September.

“However, you will automatically be placed on a waitlist for further waves of ticket sales. If tickets remain unsold for any of the cities you selected during registration, you may receive an email with an unlock code and at least 24 hours’ notice to purchase them.”

Tickets will be priced from £85 according to the band, with a £1 charity donation either “added to, or included in, the ticket price.” The band confirmed: “In London the donation will go to the LIVE Trust and in the rest of Europe it will go to Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) – this amount may be subject to unavoidable taxes.”

Those wondering whether the band will play further shows were told there are “no extra dates” in the works but there may be more to follow. The band added: “There will be no extra dates announced. These are the only shows that Radiohead will be playing for now. The band hope to do more shows elsewhere in the future.” A full list of announced dates can be found below.

  • November 4, 5, 7, 8, – Movistar Arena, Madrid, Spain
  • November 14, 15, 17, 18 – Unipol Arena, Bologna, Italy
  • November 21, 22, 24, 25 – The O2, London, UK

In a statement to fans, drummer Philip Selway shared further details. He said: “Last year, we got together to rehearse, just for the hell of it. After a seven-year pause, it felt really good to play the songs again and reconnect with a musical identity that has become lodged deep inside all five of us.

“It also made us want to play some shows together, so we hope you can make it to one of the upcoming dates. For now, it will just be these ones but who knows where this will all lead.”
