Gotta Serve Somebody remains absent from Bob Dylan‘s Outlaw Music Festival setlist, with the veteran performer opting for Positively 4th Street again.
It makes the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion date in Gilford, New Hampshire, the second time Dylan has opened with Positively 4th Street. A few changes towards the end of the setlist were also made by the songwriter, who is set to take his Rough and Rowdy Ways tour across Europe later this year. Until then, Dylan is on the Outlaw Music Festival tour with Willie Nelson, and his seventeen-song setlist is identical to the one performed yesterday. It does mark a few slight changes to the running order, after Gotta Serve Somebody served as the opening song for several shows. Before that, Things Have Changed was used as the first song of the night.
But both have been dropped in favour of a Positively 4th Street opener and the return of Highway 61 Revisited. Also in the mix is a cover of The Anglin Twins’ Searching for a Soldier’s Grave. A full setlist of the August 3 show can be found below.

Dylan has changed several songs on his Outlaw Music Festival setlist since the tour began. A few rarities from his discography have also featured, with Positively 4th Street played on consecutive nights for the first time since 2007. It also marks the fifth time it has been performed this year, with Dylan last introducing the song to his set in 2023. Before that, audiences would not have heard the Like a Rolling Stone follow-up since 2013.
Mr. Tambourine Man also returned to the stage, a one-off appearance of the song featured at a show in Phoenix. This was paired with the first Forgetful Heart performance since 2015 and the first To Ramona since 2017. A setlist for the Phoenix show can be found below.
