The Outlaw Music Festival set from Bob Dylan was opened with Masters of War for the second time last night (August 9).
Dylan had opened his show at the Darien Centre with The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan song, which had not been performed by the veteran songwriter since 2016. Its return to the stage has continued as it served as the opening song of Dylan’s performance at the Hersheypark Stadium. The Outlaw Music Festival tour has offered audiences the chance to hear some of Dylan’s biggest songs, some performed for the first time in over a decade. The likes of Positively 4th Street and Mr. Tambourine Man made their return to the stage, with the former dropped during last night’s performance in favour of Blind Willie McTell.
While the Outlaw Music Festival from last night and August 8 remain more or less the same, there were a few minor changes to the show. A full setlist can be found below.

Dylan has changed several songs on his Outlaw Music Festival setlist since the tour began. A few rarities from his discography have also featured, with Positively 4th Street played on consecutive nights for the first time since 2007. It also marks the fifth time it has been performed this year, with Dylan last introducing the song to his set in 2023. Before that, audiences would not have heard the Like a Rolling Stone follow-up since 2013.
Mr. Tambourine Man also returned to the stage, a one-off appearance of the song featured at a show in Phoenix. This was paired with the first Forgetful Heart performance since 2015 and the first To Ramona since 2017. A setlist for the Phoenix show can be found below.

Both Positively 4th Street and Masters of War have served as the opening song to the set, which was previously reserved for Gotta Serve Somebody. The song made an appearance on the Outlaw Music Festival set this summer, replacing Dylan’s Academy Award-winning song, Things Have Changed.
